A119 v2 died

Hi all,

i have 4 a119v2 and i love them, one died for no reason, just not getting power. and does not turn on.

i tried using a wall outlet, i also tried using my computer but still would not turn on. i opened and check inside capacitors are not buldging.

if anyone can suggest other steps i need to take to raise the a119 from the dead, its greatly appreciated.

Also, i have submitted a ticket to viofo's support page but guess what no answer. does it really take forever for them to respond?

I'm sure they'll follow up with you once they're back to work, they may have a backlog of email to go through though, happens every year at this time
 
I am having exactly the same problem @ankintanar .
Please write down here if you find out a solution.

well mine seems dead like really dead. no lights what so ever. doesnt turn on at all. still waiting for the folks at viofo to reply to my ticket.
