I just got a new Viofo A119 V3 for Christmas. I just installed and tested it today. But, it does not seem to be recording video.
It does store MP4 files. However, when I go to review those files on my computer, all I get is sound. There is no video.
The red dot beside the camera icon, in the upper left corner, is flashing while it is recording.
If I hit the "Menu" button while it is recording, it does store a still image as a JPG and I can open that JPG on my computer. So, it appears the camera is functioning.
It has firmware version 1.03
I am using a Samsung PRO Endurance 128 GB memory card
I have reformatted the memory card a few different times with the exact same results each time
I suspect I am doing something wrong. But, I am not sure what it might be....
