A119M Pro bricked after firmware update

So I was just updating my A119M Pro to 1.2_20260710 over the weekend, but it looks like the update failed and my dashcam has been bricked and no longer powers on. I've tried multiple power sources, plugging into the GPS mount and the dashcam, different memory cards, no memory card inserted, but when I plug it in, the dashcam doesn't power on and no LEDs turn on any longer. It worked fine before trying to update, but it no longer does. Any idea what's going on or how I can troubleshoot it? @VIOFO-Support

I updated both of my A119M Pro’s with the new firmware a couple days ago.
Both using the SD Card method, (not OTA).
Both are working OK.

What happens if you hold down the Reset button while connecting power?
Keep the reset button depressed for 5-10 seconds.

Can you put both nostrils on the top heat vent and take a big whiff?
Does it have that magic smoke smell?

Ask the manufacturer's support team for the bootloader for the A119M Pro model.

Great idea with the reset button! A quick tap and it woke right back up again. 🙂

Firmware now updated. Cool to see that the dashcam now has the parking mode geofencing in the latest firmware.
