A119S Unable to Dowload Firmware

I have a A119S that I bought 2 years ago and had no issues with before until a few days ago. I am running firmware version V1.7 (I know I should have kept up with the updates). I have the XXXXXX issue and I have put the LDBA bin file on the empty memory card and started the camera up but it never goes into mass storage mode. Has anyone run into this issue with the camera not reading bin files on the memory card? The picture attached is what the display shows.

Remove the memory card, then start up the camera. Once the camera has started, enter the menu. Go to default settings and manually default the cameras settings. Sometimes you need to do this more than once. The XXXX’s should disappear.
Try updating now. If it’s not accepting the firmware, then most likely it’s labeled incorrectly or it’s the wrong firmware.

Looks like maybe your trying to load the loader file. You want the firmware file.
