A129 begins Parking Mode immediately after shutting off vehicle

I thought I read somewhere there was a 60 second timer or setting that delays parking mode so that it doesn't always record me walking away after parking, is this true?

I'm wired up using the 3-wire ACC kit

Also, all my video clips from parking mode are 45 seconds, isn't the camera supposed to pick up motion, begin recording, and then keep recording so long as there's motion?

Camera switches to parking mode immediately after the ACC voltage is cut off, there is no delay. That is the purpose of the HK3 kit.
45sec parking clips are also correct, it is the way how buffered parking mode works - once it detects an event, it saves 15 seconds prior to the detection and 30 seconds after.
I have also noticed, that if the motion continues, it continues the recording, but is is saved in another file, time-wise immediately following those first 45 seconds.
