A129 Duo High-Pitched Noise?

So now that we have multiple confirmations that the problem has been addressed, that begs the question...
How do those of use with a faulty power supply causing a high pitched noise get it replaced with a properly functioning power supply?

I've never really noticed before because usually when I review any footage I have the speakers turned down on my PC, but there is a high pitched hum on driving videos, not on parking mode videos. Is this what everyone is talking about? I purchased my H3K at the beginning of April of this year.
It's not real annoying or too loud, but I can hear it in the background
