Thanks for LensPen suggestion,just ordered one.Can I clean CPL filters too with this pen?

Yes, fine with CPL filters, although how well it works depends a bit which version you got, the flat version is ideal for filters and will also do dashcam lenses, the lens shaped version may struggle with flat filters. I use the mini version for everything, and keep a micro (phone) version in the car which also works on everything but takes a little longer to do the job.

They all remove oily substances far more effectively than a cloth, the oil instantly disappears instead of being smeared around for a while.
