It'll work fine. Just the battery will take twice as long to charge.
Not an issue if you have a relatively decent commute each day. As an example my neo reports 29hr of usage powering an A129 from 100%.
It states to recharge from 0-100% it'll take 1hr20min to recharge from 0%.
Unless you don't drive the car for a couple of days and leave the neo running then do a short commute you might find you don't have much charge next time it goes into parking mode. If I'm not driving for a couple of days I just turn the camera off or unplug the power cable to the cam.
