A139 Pro is not recording

Hello, I'm using A139 pro 1CH since 2023 July. Before yesterday everything was stabil. While driving yesterday, I wanted to lock the video and pressed emergency button but I confused the buttons and my camera gave me some warning about infrared lights. After that warning it stopped recording. When I realize it is not recording I pressed the rec button and this button didn't respond. I formatted my sd card(Sandisk extreme 128 gb) and updated firmware from viofo's website and nothing changed. I also tried to reset the camera from the R button on the left side of the camera also nothing changed. After that I tried long pressing the emergency record and wi-fi button (3rd and 5th buttons) also nothing changed. When I start my car the camera sounds as it's opening melody after 30 seconds later melody plays again and it goes on like this. Sometimes rec and mic led is lighting together but after a short time rec led turns off. Sometimes only rec led is lighting.


Is there anyone faced this problem? If you know or understand the problem what should I try?
