ADAS safety features not working on thinkware f800 pro

Hi. Aftel long time searching for a dash cam I decided to go for the thinkware f800 pro 2ch. But I noticed that my ADAS SAFETY NOT WORKING. The settings are lane departure On on Low forward collision ON on Low and car warnings departure ON on low. I phone thinkware customer service and gave them my firmwares version and it was one that they don't have it. The new version is 1.03.05 and my dash cam came with the version 1.03.06. The dash cam it was bought like 2 weeks ago. Any help it would be appreciated. About set up the ADAS and version

This are the firmware version first pictures is the version that the camera had it installed and the second picture is with the version that is now installed. The third picture is where the camera is positioned. How can I go to my previous firmware version.

Is the dash cam aligned with the crosshairs in the smartphone live view? We've found that the closer the match it is to that, the more likely ADAS issues are resolved.

Can only find 1.03.06 on US/Canada thinkware servers dated 17 June 2019. Interesting that your camera came with that when you bought it in May. Maybe the rest of us will get that update soon. I don't think you can downgrade the firmware.

Why don't you set the sensitivity to high and see if it works? If not, you can try resetting the camera:
