Agreeing to terms each time you switch the unit on?

Just purchased a Garmin 66W and just having a play around with it before getting it installed. But each time the unit is turned on do you have to agree to the driving terms by pressing the bottom button to accept? If so that is going to influence where the unit goes so that I can acess the buttons easlery and quickly.

Phew......thanks goodness for that. I plan on sticking it right behind the rear view mirror so access to the buttons is going to be a little limited and I didn't fancy the thought of pressing the accept button every time I drove off!

It is the" you agree if you do nothing" approach, quite universal setup, that on the other hand have cost a lot of grief over time for humanity.
