Aliexpress, real deal or fake cam?

I have found returns via AliExpress daunting. Sometimes they claim never to have received the product back even if tracking information is presented. I don't buy big ticket items from them as a result.

Agree. If you can't afford to lose it, don't use it. Applies to Ebay, Aliexpress, Temu, etc., etc., etc....

Received it today. 3 things. First of all it was said to be here Feb 2 to 10. Got it the 12. 2. I paid VAT/customs to the dealer. Then I also had to pay it to the national customs! 3. So I got it now, and the box says it an 810, not an 810S! I guess it's stated 810S if it realy is a 810S?

This is not A810S, they sent you the wrong model.

I know! No response so far!

This is my order. It's an official 70mai store so they should sort it out, contact them directly through their support and not AliExpress, it might be faster.

It appears the title is wrong. If you look at the store picture it says A810, it also says you ordered A810.
The non black text below the title is what you ordered. You can return the item no question asked in 15 days.

You need to be very careful on AliExpress before you buy

Note currently they are celebrating the Spring Festival.

You ordered A810 instead of A810S. Look carefully at the product card name:

Most likely, the A810 and A810S were available through the link, but you didn't pay attention and ordered the A810 instead of the A810S. What is the seller's fault here?

Did you use the link that was originally posted by the op?

When i go to that page it only offers A810S

@olddroid
On the page you supplied there is the offer of returning it.

@LateralNW
Do you see the name
"Color Name: A810 Front Cam, China Mainland, No TF Card" on his link? No? I also don't see how he made the order then, if there is no choice of A810 now?

Most likely, the first link changed the list of product cards inside the order.

Are you ordering the local model ?
Meaning there is no English menu it in.

Correct.

Lots of false info here from others claiming that AliExpress you can't buy big ticket items from. Admittedly, you have to do diligent research (like any online shopping anywhere) but I've never had issues after buying phones, electronics etc off Geekbuying, AliExpress and others.
