Another faulty 612 or another dodgy sd card?

So far so good with the memory card, next problem is battery life....
I use the same camera in two different vehicles, both are hardwired to a good supply, in either vehicle unless I've done a journey of more than a few hours it will show only one bar of battery power, sometimes it will display "low battery, connect charger" after a short journey. In one vehicle I can leave it connected & overnight it will be fully charged but if left disconnected for a few hours will have gone down to one bar or less. I don't like leaving it in the vehicle overnight so is this an issue that anyone else has or should I return it again? @ Nextbase Support

I’d return it, I wouldn’t touch a 612gw with a barge pole now and wouldn’t upgrade from my reliable 412gw
