Another 'Thumbs Up' for Pier28

I placed a small 'custom order' (something not on the web site) with Pier28 after exchanging a couple of messages with Jon.

The order was placed at 6:54AM PST and I received the automated shipping notification (with tracking number) at 7:08AM PST followed by a personal email from Jon at 7:10AM PST - yes this was all the same day. That's just 14 minutes from the time I ordered until shipping notification was received.

I defy anyone to find better service from any vendor.

Pier28 will definitely be my vendor of choice for future purchases.
