Any real 4k Sportscams yet? Plan to use scuba diving

I was looking at the Akaso EK7000 but unsure if it is a fake 4k.
There was a point about 12mp picture capturing at 30fps which was also appealing. However, I am not sure about the wide angle aspect. I don't like having the curved fisheye look to videos and would prefer to loose some of the field of view by having it more narrow.
 
I expect that is true (sensor wise) but at least it has the decency to record a 4K25fps file that isn't corrupted, unlike other fake 4K cameras that pretend to record but store nothing usable at all.
