So I have the new A129 Pro and also A129, both updated to the latest firmware. I can connect via wifi to both and view files no problem, however, when attempting to download to my mobile, it hangs at 0%. Also if I select the "My Media" menu option, the app crashes. I have a Oneplus 7T with Android 10.
I went ahead and tried the app on my old motorola phone with Android Nougat and it downloads as one would expect. So the app is bugged on Android 10.
UPDATE: Nevermind...as I was writing this, VIOFO put out an Android 10 update. I updated and it resolved my issues.
