Anyone else find the cord too short in a Full Sized Pickup Truck?

i got my G1W camera, and I love it, but the cord is too short to be tucked under and make it all the way to the lighter plug. I've tried to tape it to the side of the dash and then run it under the carpet, but is there a way to get a longer plug cheaply?

I used to use a TomTom GPS plug with my G1W So I am guessing just about any plug with the correct end will work. (I think it is called a Mini B tip) Amazon has some long ones cheap, but you would need to use a Cig to USB adapter.

Had to buy a longer cable for my g1wh and got that exact one mentioned by CheckYourLights along with a low profile usb cig adapter direct from monoprice yesterday, the lead is cheaper on monoprice but shipping prob makes it about the same unless you are buying more stuff from there. The adapter, lead and shipping for me to Ontario was US$12.27.

I've herd good things about buying direct from monoprice, but i'm spoiled by prime.

Yeh if i lived in the states probably use amazon and prime too, so many times seen good deals on US amazon but shipping to Canada kills the deal

No complaints with monoprice but was my first time using them, delivery took 7 business days which seems to be about the norm for me with things from the states.

An extension cable for a cig lighter socket is also available. I got one from Amazon, as I thought I would need it for my station wagon. However, the cable that came w/ my Finevu Pro was long enough.
