Anytek T10 Sound but no display

Hi, i'm glad to be here, yesterday i received "as a gift" a used Anytek T10 dash cam. When i plug it in (either in the car or computer) it makes the power up sound, but nothing shows up on the display, it remains black. The person that gave it to me said that it worked perfectly prior to this, he said that he messed with sd card. I used the .bin file he also gave me to reinstall it, i presume it's the firmware, but still, no avail. Can i find a different version of the firmware on the internet? What exactly is causing this?

Your computer are probably missing a codec.

Tru k-lite codec pack

Or maybe a player like pot player which i think come with codecs too

Thank you for your reply, i don't understand what codecs have to do with my problem unfortunately. The issue is simple, i turn on the dashcam, nothing shows on display, thus i can't change settings or anything at all, all it does is a sound when i turn it on, signalling it has an operating system of some sort.

Aaaa stupid me its the camera display.
That might be the flexible connector inside that have come loose, this some times happen with the same kind of connectors to the camera board in a camera.
