Anytek X28 - quite a good video quality 720P Chinese USB car DVR dash front camera for Android head units.

But with the big issue: It is randomly restarting with the message on Android head unit "USB storage removed" and then immediately reconnecting with the message "Preparing USB storage"

Camera INFO:
=====
Main board: SICA-XX008_V5.0
CPU - MPK9P19.00 / 13D / 1834 (unknown CPU, no datasheets available)
Camera board: CGC-043-007

What have been checked / done:
==========================
- It is not Android head unit issue, the same restarting happens when camera connected to Windows PC;
- USB cable checked and replaced;
- SD card checked, restarting happens even when SD card is removed;
- Re-soldered suspected elements on the board using soldering iron and heat gun;
- Voltages of 2 DC-DC converter chips (LN2402) on the main board are ok.

What could be a problem?
