Hello,

I've had some issues with my FineVu CR500-HD (GPS module stopped working, worn internal battery, blur video).
I contacted him and he suggested to sent it back to him.
After few weeks of silence I asked about my faulty camera and GPS.
He told me it had been fixed and was sent few days ago back to me (and that's after few mails he didn't answer at all).
He did not send me any tracking # thouhg I asked him to do so.

I haven't recieved back the camera and GPS yet (over 4 monthes).
He does not answer to any emails for MONTHES.
I try to use his website and even his ebay store to contact him so many times - buy nothing.
I have tried also maestroct@gmail.com .

I lost all of my money (over $300).

Does anyone please suggest me how can I contact him?
Please help.
Thanks.

If you haven't already, try contacting eBay/PayPal. They will take care of this for you. Next time, it would be best to purchase from a reputable dash cam seller on this forum (Like us, at BlackBoxed.ca ;)). All of us here will take care of you until you are completely satisfied.

I wonder if these sellers will change attitude when the new PayPal 180 day rule for disputes comes in
Even if they don't at least there is some recourse for defective items that need to be returned. These situations must be common for them to change.

I'm sure these types of sellers will still be around to catch those that don't know they can do something about it.
