ARC 900 - any experience?

Having pretty much decided upon an ARC 700 to replace my Q850, I stumbled across an ARC 900 on the Canadian Thinkware site

I note there's no mention of it on here, which presumably means it's a very new (or uninteresting!) model. The improvements over the ARC 700, despite my preference for screen-less dashcams make the ARC 900 much better suited to me.

Now the ARC 700 is slated for UK release 'soon' according to their official UK/EU website, it's already available in North America - but there's no hint at the ARC 900 being released here, despite it having passed UKCA approvals. Neither model shows up on the Dash Cam Link app in UK at the moment, which is expected as the available models are filtered regionally, there are various models listed it the app update history, some region specific F200PRO-JP for example.

So long story short - has anyone got one / used one / plan on getting one?

With the 900, I like that it has Sony Starvis 2 sensors, plus its design is pretty cool looking. 🙂

Thanks for the links to the videos - very informative, and confirmed my upgrade path. Interesting to note that the ARC 900 doesn't currently support RADAR, but has a dedicated socket...
On balance, I'd rather have RADAR than a screen, I suppose their focus groups were taken by the shiny-shiny of a small touch screen, so there we are!.

I contacted Thinkware asking if/when the ARC 900 will be sold in UK/EU...
