[Ask] Xiaomi Yi Power Problem

I have problem with xiaoyi camera, the condition :

• Camera A + Battery = would not start (no beep, no led on)
• Camera B + Battery (same baterry with camera A) = normal start
• Camera A + Direct to charger = normal start

Anyone have some problem? or help me to solve this matter... thx

To Sum Up:
Camera A just works on Charger
Camera B works on both

Do you have a second Battery to test it on Camera A?
Have you looked if there's any fault at the Battery Space at Camera A? Maybe the contacts are corrupted?

i only have one battery..
i think the contact between battery and is okay, because when i use baterry + charger yi app on andoid can detect capacity of the battery.

Do you have changed anything (Firmware, Script) on Camera A?
Take out the SD card and try again.

If nothing helps it's likely to be a Camera failure
