Auto download files without taking MicroSD out daily

Question:

Is there a way to auto download files daily whenever I’m parked in my garage or within my home WiFi without the need to take out the MicroSD card out?

I was hoping I can setup my PC and/or NAS to auto download files off the dashcam.

My concern is removing and installing the SD card daily will cause some sort of wear and tear to the connections within the dashcam?

someone has written a script to do that for one of the other Blackvue models, might work with yours also, keep in mind you won't own it long enough to wear out those connectors, meanwhile you'll add plenty of extra wear to your battery keeping the camera powered to download files each day

BTW, I have a Blackvue battery connected to the dashcam.

You can run that script once a day via cron job and have files automatically removed after 48 hours or more depending how much storage you have. A Mac does that well.
Linux is also an option
