Hi everyone.

I am currently using the B1W for my dash which i hard wired.

I now want to get another one to put on the rear.

How do i go on about syncing them to the same WIFI connection?

Can i attach the new B1W hardwire to the old one oe do i need to look for another fuse space to plug it into?

As this is the rear, can you please recommend where i can get a long enough micro usb/hardwire which can run from the rear glass to the fusebox?

Thanks for reading

The B1W sends out its own WiFi signal - it does not connect to one. When you have 2x B1W your phone will see two different WiFi signals each with their own SSID. You cannot connect to both at once.

Sorry - I can't advise on the hardwire questions

You can connect both into the same fuse tap, so only one fuse is needed.

If the cable is not long enough then it is fairly easy to extend the fuse tap with 12 volt automotive cable and crimp connectors to reach half way.

Like Tony said, you choose which one to connect your phone to, then it works as normal.

Login to your app, go to settings, select change password
In the password screen there are 3 fields to fill in

Top field is SSID (change it to what you want the new name to be)
Middle field is new password (change it to what you want)
Bottom field is new password confirmation. (match what you put in middle field)
