B1W not working

Had dash cam for a while,it asked me to reformatte the sd card,reformatted card with fat32 and reinstalled to camera.Now the the camera won’t connect to the phone app via wifi,green light constantly staying on,wifi button not working,its like the electronics have frozen,tried reformatting card etc but no joy.any thoughts or has this happened to other customers ,a solution would be great

I just had the same issue. The camera said to reformat the card. I brought the camera into the house and reformated the card on my computer. When I tested the camera on a USB cable I had in the house the camera came on and said it was recording and I could see the Wi-Fi but couldn't connect to it. It kept failing. It took me a while to figure out that the USB power cable I was using was plugged into a 1 amp port. I switched it to a 2.1 amp port and everything started working again. I hope this helps.
