base of gps unit got torn

I received my Nano Q 0903 a few weeks ago,
I installed it on the windscreen and this week the camera fell.
It seems the base with the small screw's failed to hold the camera stable and got torn away from the screws.
Need to say it happened while taking a hard and strong turn while driving.
unfortunately no help from Gearbest

The camera works ok even the GPS but the base can't hold the camera
gearbest is offering me to buy a new part, and say the warranty is void
It seems the base can't handle strong G force of a sport car and that caused the base to be torn away
I even tried super glue (after they told me no warranty) but no help

Some plastics don't take to superglue. Try an epoxy based glue (Loktite, Araldite).

I can't believe it happened just by driving.
There must have been some force applied incorrectly while mounting or dismounting or adjusting FOV angle without loosening the screw.

I also ripped it apart but it was because I pulled on the camera mount while trying to take it out.
Mine only broke on one side.
It held perfectly fine until I pulled it.

Anyways, nothing some glue can't fix.

From day 1 when I received and installed in my car no one touched it. No force applied.
And yes glue can help

Send the manufacturer an email, they are very helpful. They can probably send you the plastic pieces you need.
