Battery pack LK-530-12V output voltage issue

Hello,

Could you please help me troubleshoot following issue.
I have a problem with Battery pack LK-530-12V.
When car is running and battery pack connected, output power is 14.4, when I stop the car, output power drops to 11.5 right away , even if battery charged FULL. is it by design or problem with battery pack?
I use Winycam X100FHD connected to LK-530-12V, and full battery pack can power camera only 7 min.

How old is the Lukas?
It takes about an hour and twenties minutes to charge the LK-530. I would plug it into a 12 volt ac/dc power source at home and let it charge all night then try it again in your car. You can buy the power source with the female lighter socket already attached from CTC. If all else fails send it back for warranty as they are covered for a year.

It is only 2 weeks old. Indicator shows that the battery is full. I wrote to Lukas support and they told me that is fine when voltage is 11.5 right after stop the car.

Well the fact that the word fine was used tells me there is an issue.......... 7 hours would not be acceptable never mind 7 minutes.

I would send it back and look at the Cellink B or the T-Power Plus sold here:
