Battery won't charge + noise [update]

Hi guys,
I feel like spamming the forum but I have another problem, I've played with the camera for a while and started charging it for the first time and:
- LEDs were red for ~2 hours so I decided to plug the cable out
- app said the battery is 99%
- I took 2 pictures and turned it off
- 3 hours later the battery was at 0%
- when I try to charge it it lights red LEDs for ~5 minutes and than the LEDs turn off
- battery says 0% and there is a strange noise coming from the camera (like from the old light bulbs)
- also when I try to charge it, I can hear the coils from the charger ..

Looks like the baterry is charged but the indicator shows 0% all the time.
I've turned the camera on - LED is RED - application shows 0% - and it's beed 1 hour since I turned it on - still 0%.
Andy ideas how to fix it ? Is it battery or the camera ?
