My Lexar 633x 128GB card has just failed. Purchased 18th August 2015 and used full time in my Mobius (That's 9.5 hrs/day, 5 days/week, 48 weeks/year, give or take - I know I also worked the odd extra Saturdays and Sundays - if anyone wants to work it out!).
I was getting about 22/23 hrs' footage on here at maximum settings.
Lexar say they offer a lifetime warranty...Hmmm

I tried a 128GB Samsung Evo Plus card formatted to EXFAT in the unit and it didn't work. It would record and then freeze as soon as you stop recording

Format the card FAT32 if you want it to work reliably

I thought exFat was fine as long as you're not doing looping

that's an issue also, it will run better as FAT32 though, format it through the GUI and see how you go
