Best Cloud Dashcam

What do people think is the best dashcam for Cloud, with remote alerts. I don't mind bringing my own wifi hotspot.

Thinkware = Dead brand, no service
VIOFO = Not doing cloud (yet)
70mai = Trashy cloud with only a few minutes access and questionable security
Garmin = Testing out shortly
