I'm putting the finishing touches on a truck that's mostly for offroading. With the large tire carrier directly in back of my rear window, interior roll cage, and general equipment throughout the truck, rear view visibility is not all that great.
I already have a DD head unit with a backup license plate camera, I want to add another rear camera for a better angle. space near the driver's seat is also at a premium, I'm thinking of something that either integrates with the rear view mirror (like on some fords) or I've seen smallish 5" screens that hang from the mirror
there are a ton of options out there, but I gather a lot of it is crap. drilling/mounting isn't an issue for me. Before I start the vicious buy/try/return cycle, any thoughts?
