Best quality car adapter for Mini 0801?

The one that came with my Mini 0801 is starting to get electrical interference now that I've added more technology to my car (aftermarket stereo, subwoofer, etc). The visuals show lots of white/pink lines and flashes, and the camera will frequently turn off due to lack of charge.

I am temporarily using the camera with a normal USB cable and plugged into a cheap USB adapter into the car's lighter socket and it works fine. This is quite a messy setup though.

So can anyone recommend me a good quality car/lighter adapter with a good quality cable that will not give/receive electrical interference?

Do you have the original cable it came with?
My power cable that came with some sort of filter towards the micro usb port, which i assume is to help with interference, so something with a similar filter should help.
