After being in a nasty crash in the mother-in-law's car who refuses to let me install dash cams, I've decided I'm never going to drive a vehicle again without some sort of temporary mounting option for a dashcam. I tried looking and only see a couple dash cams that have suction type mounts but it appears they also have adhesive on the cup. I don't want that, and just need a standard suction cup mount camera or some other alternative solution to mount my desired dashcam (BlueSkySea B1W) onto it. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I am not sure there is a suction mount for the B1W, but i know a couple of the larger blueskysea models have that option.

Many have used universal suction cups, like seen for radar detectors.

There are a few different versions of these universal suction mounts.
for the pretty small B1W i would use one of the smaller options.

The B2K is also a nice small camera, and i even think it come with a suction mount too.

Instead of looking exclusively for suction cup mount cameras you could consider using something like this to mount either a 'tube' or 'wedge' camera on to create kind of a DIY suction mount.

Here is my solution for mounting my A119 V3 in different vehicles daily. Basically I glued it to the GPS mount. It's holding up great so far.
