Does the RS-20 have low voltage cut-off, timer and delay timer?

Unfortunately no voltage cut-off or delay timer.
The "timer" on RS-20 shows only the run time.

Without the low voltage cut-off, delay timer and timer function. Not enticing enough, even for $26.

It doesn't really matter to me if it has the low voltage cutoff. It will be used on a classic car which only gets used from time to time & when parked is on a battery maintainer all the time. The dashcam is only installed when driven, along with a tablet & GPS.. The cigarette port is powered all the time, I'll use the master power switch on the Rhundo if I want to shut it off.
