Better windscreen mount

I have a LS470W+ and I'm using the permanent windscreen mount.

However the bit that connects to the body of the camera isn't a tight fit. So I get image wobble.

Are there any better mounts out there that provide a more stable platform??

Have you tried the suction mount that came with the camera?
You may want to try the camera in another car as well. There was another user a few months ago that was using the LS430W and had an issue with image "wobble". It was actually some kind of interference when the camera was used in his car. He tried it in another vehicle and the camera was fine. Worth a try.

It's definitely the mount as I can wobble it myself. I've put a bit of card in which has reduced it somewhat. But not to my liking.

It's the same with the suction mount.
