I keep banging on about how inherently unsafe riding has become normalised, just complete denial of the risk and doing it because they're somehow entitled to be kept safe.
I see people overtaking FAST at junctions etc every day, and can't believe I haven't seen an accident happen.
Looks like this learner found out the hard way that the risk is real. You can see a dent in the silver "Integral" van parked on the right.
Hopefully he's not hurt too badly, and the medics are just taking all the right precautions before moving him.
