Hi,

Doesn't Blackvue test their app and firmware before releasing?

I am on Android version 10, updated Blackvue app to version 3.19 released on May 12th, and upgraded my DR750S-2CH camera firmware to v1.018, now live view doesn't work.

When I try to live view via cloud, live view page opens and shows loading and after few seconds message "live view failed".
When I try to live view via dashcam Wi-Fi, live view page opens with gray background and camera restarts.

They haven't even fixed the Wi-Fi connection issue, guess have to give up on this.

Is it possible to downgrade camera firmware and where to find previous version of the app?

Just for information's sake, I'm on a DR900X with FW version 1.006 (most current). Android version 9. BV app version 3.19, including live view is working as designed for me.

I am using DR750LTE-2CH with Android 11

I updated both the the app and the firmware on 12-May and noticed issues straight away:
  • Connect to Cloud->Hamburger Menu->Settings->Firmware: error
  • Connect to Cloud->Select Camera->Camera tab: showing only "impact" clips
  • Connect to Cloud->Select Camera->Cloud tab: error
  • Connect to Cloud->Select Camera->Live event tab: error
However all the issues went away the next day

I just realized, after firmware upgrade no video is being recorded.
