BlackVue app ver 1.44

Hi guys,

I have no problem connecting to my DR500GW-HD using WiFi. Live streaming is also fine.
However I'm unable to download the clips into my smartphone.

Does anyone face the same problem as well??

When I tab and hold onto the file, there's no option to download.

i have the same problem since i upgraded to newest android.

I have an Android with Gingerbread and I can see live view but it wont let me look at stored files Not a biggie but slightly annoying.

The app has to updated as well.
As it ain't compatible with Android 4.4 (kitkat)
Some features but especially the config tab will force close.

But to overcome your sdcard issue.
Do the following as it solved my issue.

Open the blackvue app.
And tick the option "search micro sd" in the main home screen.

Tick OK...

Then select your sdcard location.
My phone will prompt me these options.
Other devices will maybe have other options.

Tick OK again

If all goes well then you should be able to push the footage to your sdcard...

Many thanks for the assistance.
When selecting the microSD path, are you referring to /storage/emulated/0?
I tried selecting and nothing happens.

I'm on Android 4.2.2 and Blackvue app Ver 1.50
