My Blackvue isn't used in a car yet. It basically sits on my desk to test a multi-camera / Raspberry Pi setup.

Charging:
I charged it with a cigarette lighter -> power plug adapter at a power point in my home.
--> Works fine, the app shows 100% charge level

Use:
Works fine, it can power a dashcam and a Raspberry Pi at the same time, power consumption is at a normal level

Discharge:
Now comes the strange part. If the B124X is turned off and just sits on the desk, then the charge level goes down from 60% to 10% within a week.
Is it normal that LiFePo batteries discharge that quickly when they are not used? An unused power bank would need months to go down from 60% to 10%.

No its not normal. B124x should hold charge if not used. I think these lose more power then some lithium ion based cells over time. But it also charges alot faster and is more durable much more cycles. there is some loss but not as much as you describe. I have a Cellink neo here not used for a week and it was still nearly full.
If you have a blackvue dashcam and use this alone from 100% to 0% a couple of times i could tell you if it lives upto its promises.

Note that these are not the exact times you will get but they give a good indication of what it should be able to do.
a DR750s 2ch running at extreme + wifi might still get around 20 hours
while my DR900s extreme+wifi may only get 15 hours orso. the DR900s consumes quite a bit more power then a DR750s in parking mode.
