Blackvue BV-PMEZ Power Magic EZ OBD

I've just picked up a blackvue dash cam and was looking at the Blackvue BV-PMEZ Power Magic EZ OBD.
My new kit also includes a Cellink battery back-up, my question is will the Power Magic OBD connecter work with the Cellink battery for the 'Parked' mode.

use the Cellink, you don't need the OBD connector

Thank you for the reply, I want the OBD power with ignition ON battery power with Ignition OFF, my question was related to connecting the OBD connecter to the battery.

Current draw of the battery is too high to power it from the OBD port
