Blackvue Dr550 issues

Hi guys. Newbies here. I had my 550 for few months now and notices two issues. The time is always wrong and the audio is terrible. I have my camera mounted in my truck by the rear view mirror. I tried 3 different sd cards, formatting the sd cards, updating firmwares, changing time zones and such. Also for the sounds, I had 3 different cars with same camera and same thing. Anyone know how I can fix the time and sounds? I do drive a lot and date time and sounds is important to me.

time can be reset, @alexsoll has detailed the process to get the time to update a few times previously
