Blackvue HELP!!!

Hey guys, need some help!!

Just got a new blackvue, installed it with power magic and was working fine. Took sd card out and when i tried to plug the unit back in, it would not start. The green LED on power magic is still on but no power. tried plugging camera into cig light and no power up ring either. I attempted to put my other blackvue from another car in and it works. Does that mean the new camera is messed up already?

Try the reset button if its a 500 Otherwise make sure the power plug is pushed right in
