Blue status light also shows flickering red light in between cycles.

There is a tiny blue light that flashes while recording.
I noticed after every blue, there are a few reds.
Then it repeats this cycle
 
I don't recall any blue lights on the A119. In normal recording, there is a blinking red led in the top left corner of the lcd screen. Is this where your seeing this blue light?
 
is there an ambulance car in front of you? just in case
