hi I was wondering if I plug this dash cam to my usb battery charger and its solar recharge will it work for it to record wen I am in park mode

Provided the battery has enough juice, it will work for a while. Solar recharge is very very slow so I doubt it would continuous. Most battery packs cannot do pass-through either, meaning charging the battery pack while supplying charge to something plugged into it.

Camera works as long as you can offer power source to it for parking guard.
