Blueskysea dv988 pro camera error

Hello.
I recently bought a blueskysea dv988 pro and less than 2 hours after installation the message camera error appeared on the screen. I changed the cameras between them, I reset the unit, I formatted the sd card, I reinstalled the software ..... it still does ... Can anyone help me?

F/R icons with Red color---It indicates that video signal from both cams are missing;

1) Your powerbank and USB wall charger cannot offer enough current for this DVR;---- You can connect its hardwire kit with your motorcycle battery;

2) Unplug and plug all connectors!

1. I've already done all this. I connected and reversed the cameras one by one. Same error message.
2. I powered from various sources, even with the adapter included in the package. The same error message. At first it worked with this powerbank.
3. In the video files only the front camera appears as it records, but it only records the black screen and the date, but in the back one it does not find any file ....

the seller does not want to provide me with a tax-free warranty. I have to pay the round trip transport taxes + customs duties for a product that worked for less than 2 hours.

I don't want to deal with this seller anymore. I don't trust him anymore and I don't think he will solve my problem.
I also wrote e-mail to blueskysea-inc.com and Vicky offered to help me with a 20% discount for a new unit. But even so, I ended up paying more than I paid for the defective unit .I did not accept and I opened the dispute on Aliexpress. The seller did not want to participate in the dispute process...
Now I am trying to fix it on my own and I have found you, maybe I can find an answer or solutions here. I like the product and it is exactly what I need. Unfortunately I was unlucky ...

Estore009 is the maker, he if any can "lean" on a seller.
As a company i like the path blueskysea sea is waking, i hope they will keep that up and walk tall with the head up high in the fresh air.
Service and customer care, that is the one area where even a small company can compete or even do better than multi billion dollar big cooperation's selling many 1000 X more products.

Wow. I was speechless. I really don't know what else to say than that this is a professional attitude . WOW......But it would not be fair to you to assume the insensitivity of a so-called salesman. Especially since I received a cash compensation from Aliexpress (not from the seller) so I will decline your wonderful offer. I don't want to fool anyone.... Instead I would like to buy a new unit directly from you if that is possible.

DM means Direct Message, in this forum that mean click on the persons avatar and press the start conversation, then you and the person are talking in private.
 
And if you have a message waiting, the letter-envelope icon at the top right of the toolbar will have a number on it relating to how many messages you have waiting. Click on it and you'll see what to do.

Hello, I just bought a new DV988 PRO from amazon.de. When I powered it I see exactly the same error message, "camera error" followed by power off. Any suggestions?
