Blurry image

Just bought this dashcam from eBay found that the video/picture a bit blurry a bit hard to clearly see number plate.

Also when I first start it up it asked something about keep it turn on or turn off when the car off. I said turn off but now I couldn't set it back to use the battery to record as long as possible.

Any idea? Tried reset didn't ask again.

Did you remove the plastic protection form the lens? Personally on mine I don't remember this option to stay on after car is off... Mine switch off automatically after some second once I remove the key

Yes I have, the plastic protection I have is black one not like the clear one before. Actually not very blurray but just need to get very close before I can see the front number plate clearly.

I think I may have mis-read that information can't remember what it said exactly.
