Bought 3 B1W's they're great but ....

I have bought qty3 B1W's in recent months from the same eBay seller with hardwiring kits. Two for my cars, one for my daughters.

After researching (and finding this forum very useful) I bought the B1W's and don't regret getting them. Very good value for money.

I have been very happy with them. However, one of them (in my daily car) has developed a scratchy distorted annoying sound when it starts up and the voice assures you that it's recording and when it turns off it makes a scratchy noise.

Anyway, the eBay seller in China (shipped from Leicester in the UK) I bought the B1W's from has been unhelpful. I've spent about 8 weeks trying to hear from them, first of all they said "send a video showing problem" I sent it to them but after many messages from me they just ignore my messages. Their username is lovelydream2017

I'm not sure if they are connected with Blueskysea.

I thought this audio problem was an old problem that had been sorted. Has anyone else had luck with this seller?

New camera received from the seller yesterday. All is fine.
