Bricked 0803, Won't Start Help??

I honestly can’t remember how long it took but I highly doubt it was 50 minutes. Are you sure it was 50 minutes? 50 seconds sounds more appropriate.

ok I got it to work, feems it flashes in seconds disconnects then reconnects and gives a message writing firmware when its not.


so I loaded the latest firmware but its all in Russian.. found on another site there is a sub menu to change to English.

Hi all,

Need some help with my 0803.... it bricked when tried to update firmware via sd card.... now the cam does not power on, I have a red light no screen.... I just read this tread and my pc found the cam; device manager show "Ambarella Evaluation Board 1.2.3.0

I download Direct USB, however I don't see the option for A7; I have options for A7bub; A7evk; A7levk and A7lrdb.... which one should I use?

When I use any of these options I click Connect then I get this:

Found 1 AMBA device!
Init DRAM failed 271.
AMBA_USB_Boot_Write: (0,0xc00fff00,0x99005544) failed!(-116)

What should I do now?

######## I think I have a 0805 ...... since it's bricked I can't check the menu.......... I will ask help on the 0805 tread ##############
