Bricked after firmware update

Just updated my 312 to new firmware. As it updated the power went off. Now bricked. Anyone ideas?

Stupid question but have you tried pushing the reset button & seeing what happens if not contact millie from nextbase on the forum here

Yes I have tried the pushing reset button but no better. Who are how do I contact millie?

Either phone their customer support or prefix a post wit @NextBase Support to 'ping' them. (There, that should do it.)

I have contacted NEXTBASE technical, all they will offer is a paid repair if I send it to them. This is just not cost effective
