Bricked my XIAOYI Yi Dash Cam (CABAA - Gray)

I was trying to change language from CN to US and followed everything here:

and stuck with the screen saying:
"System language adaption fail. Access denied"
or the same screen in vh

I think the problem happend because accidentially I saved the SN.txt file in an UTF-8 encoding.
Please can someone halp me..
How do I change the SN when I see the screen with the "System language adaption fail. Access denied" message??

How if you repeat everything but create SN.txt using Notepad on Windows (Windows EOL, ANSI encoding). Single line serial number without any whitespace. Don't forget to format your SD card in step 11. On my hardware (CABAAA v2.1), no LED blinking when updating firmware but finished in about 5 minutes.
